Annwn: Voicebox Collective Commission

Tŷ Pawb's Youth Advisory Board present a special performance event to bring their exhibition, 'Annwn: Folklore, futurism and escapism' to a close on Friday 25th June 2021. The event, which was broadcast online via Facebook Live featured:

• Piano composition by Board member Cameron Biles-Liddell was performed in our Gallery by pianist Benjamin Powell. The composition, titled 'Apparitions of Light', is inspired by exhibiting artist Pete Jones' 'Ghost Ships' painting.

The event will also include a series of short performances by artists from Wrexham's spoken-word collective Voicebox:

• Tim Humphreys-Jones and

• Lara Edwards

The poets were invited to write pieces inspired by the themes and artwork from the exhibition, and their performances were captured and broadcast from the Gallery space.

Mae Bwrdd Cynghori Ieuenctid Tŷ Pawb yn cyflwyno digwyddiad perfformio arbennig i ddod â'u harddangosfa, 'Annwn: Gwerin, dyfodoliaeth a dianc' i ben ddydd Gwener 25ain Mehefin 2021. Bydd y digwyddiad, a fydd yn cael ei ddarlledu ar-lein drwy Facebook Live, yn cynnwys cyfansoddiad piano gan aelod o'r Bwrdd Cameron Biles-Liddell a berfformir yn ein Horiel gan y pianydd Benjamin Powell. Mae'r cyfansoddiad, o'r enw 'Dyheadau Goleuni', wedi ei ysbrydoli gan baentiad 'Ghost Ships' Pete Jones, sef un o'r artistiaid sy'n arddangos.

Bydd y digwyddiad hefyd yn cynnwys cyfres o berfformiadau byr gan artistiaid o Voicebox - grwp cyfunol o artistiaid perfformio ar lafar o Wrecsam. Gwahoddwyd:
